Expert Witness
If you are an attorney looking for an expert witness with experience in the area of criminal or civil tax cases or in cases involving tax negotiation and relief or tax administration, IRS enforcement or any related area, please contact me.
We do consult on criminal tax cases & attorney-client privilege was extended to EA's and CPA's in the IRS Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998. However, that does not apply to criminal cases. In order to retain privilege we must speak with your attorney directly.
There are very few tax professionals with my level of experience. Since 1987, I spent 5 years with the IRS as a Revenue Officer & I have represented individuals and businesses with tax problems for the past 14 years.
I'm licensed to represent taxpayers by the United States Treasury Department and have testified on Capitol Hill before the National Commission on Restructuring the Internal Revenue Service.
I've appeared on Good Morning American and the O'Reilly Factor and have been interviewed by numerous publications including the New York Times, CNNfn.com (now CNNMoney) and the Washington Times.
I'm located in San Bruno, CA just five minutes from San Francisco International Airport and can travel wherever the need exists.
